Member Experience Ambassador
HERverse | Part-time (3–4 hours/week) | Reports to: Membership Director
Do you love creating spaces where people naturally connect, contribute, and feel like they belong? Are you the person who notices when conversations slow down, welcomes new faces, and brings energy to a community? Do you find satisfaction in celebrating others, encouraging participation, and creating memorable experiences that keep people coming back? If so, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
The Member Experience Ambassador plays a key role in creating an engaging, welcoming, and connected HERverse community. Working closely with the Membership Director and Membership Team, you’ll foster meaningful engagement across HERverse’s digital community — celebrating members, encouraging participation, gathering feedback, and helping create an exceptional experience where every member feels included and inspired to participate.
What You’ll Do
- Community Engagement — Keep HERspace active and welcoming by posting conversation starters, encouraging participation, tagging members into relevant discussions, and fostering connections across all channels
- Member Recognition — Coordinate welcome messages, celebration posts, milestones, birthdays, HERversaries, business wins, and other member acknowledgements
- Community Management — Manage HERspace and private member groups: approve member access, moderate discussions, and maintain community standards
- Feedback & Insights — Gather member feedback through conversations, surveys, and testimonials; identify trends and recommend improvements
- Engagement Reporting — Monitor engagement across HERverse platforms and report on participation, activity, and community health
- Collaboration — Partner with the Membership Team on events, campaigns, and initiatives that champion the voice of the member

- Members actively participate in HERspace, events, and conversations

At the end of the membership year, members should be able to say: “HERverse is a place where I felt connected, valued, and excited to participate because someone was intentionally creating opportunities for me to belong.”
