One of my favorite things about building HERverse is finding people who care deeply about the women we serve and bring something meaningful to their lives. Every time that happens, I start thinking about what we could make possible together.
Today, I am excited to announce our partnership with Fractional COO Collective!
At HERverse, our mission is Helping Executives Rise, TOGETHER. Partnerships are one of the ways we put that mission into action. We want the women in our community to have access to people, experiences, and resources that support where they are today and where they want to go.
For our fractional COOs and Integrators, that includes the business they are building alongside the leadership they provide.
Supporting the Leader and the Business She Is Building
When you work as a fractional Right-Hand Leader, you carry responsibilities in several directions. You help your clients establish priorities, strengthen their teams, and deliver results. You are also making decisions about your own services, capacity, client relationships, and growth.
You can be excellent at helping someone else run a business and still need support building your own. Having a place to ask questions, learn from experienced peers, and work through those decisions matters.
Founded by Jen Hamilton, Fractional COO Collective is a professional association focused on helping fractional COOs grow their practices through community, guidance, and practical resources.
That focus makes this partnership especially meaningful for the fractional leaders in HERverse. We care about the woman, her leadership, and the life she is creating. Fractional COO Collective brings a complementary focus on developing her fractional practice.
Dual membership with HERverse and Fractional COO Collective supports both the leader you are and the business you are building. Connect with a community of women Right-Hand Leaders through HERverse while gaining access to peers, resources, and guidance focused on growing your fractional practice through Fractional COO Collective. Together, these communities offer complementary support for your leadership and business goals. Explore the dual membership benefits and learn how to get started.
How to Make This Partnership Meaningful for You
Start by identifying one area of your fractional practice where you want more support. Perhaps you are refining your services, thinking through client capacity, or looking for peers who understand the decisions you face. Be specific about the question you want help answering.
Next, explore Fractional COO Collective and the partnership benefits available to you. Look for the opportunity that connects most closely to your current need. You do not have to participate in everything to receive meaningful value.
Then, take what you learn and put it to work. Have the conversation, refine the process, or make the decision you have been postponing. Give yourself one action to complete and a date to revisit what changed.
And share your experience with us! We want to know which connections are helping you and where you still need support. Your feedback helps shape what we build next.
More Connections Are Coming
This partnership is part of a bigger vision for how we support our members.
Your professional role is one part of your life. You may also be raising children, traveling regularly, navigating a new season, or looking for meaningful connections with women who understand your experiences.
As we explore future partnerships, we are thinking about those parts of your life, too. That includes communities and experiences for working moms, women who travel, and other opportunities that reflect the women who make up HERverse. There is more to come, and I look forward to sharing it with you.
For now, please join me in welcoming Fractional COO Collective! If you are a fractional COO or Integrator, email me at kristie@herverse.com to learn more about the partnership and how to get involved. I would also love to hear what kind of partnership would make a difference in your life.
Let’s change the world, TOGETHER.
