Role Summary
The Community Engagement Lead supports internal communications and engagement within the HERverse Hive community platform. This role helps ensure that initiatives are visible, conversations remain active, and members feel informed, welcomed, and connected.
This role requires approximately 2 to 4 hours per week. It is primarily execution focused within the EOS structure while also offering opportunities to contribute ideas that strengthen engagement and community participation.
Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement and Conversation
• Initiate and support discussion prompts that encourage members to share insights, questions, and experiences.
• Respond to comments and help keep conversations active and welcoming.
• Identify opportunities to invite members into conversations or highlight relevant resources.
• Help cultivate a tone of encouragement, support, and connection inside the Hive.
Internal Promotions and Visibility
• Coordinate and publish internal promotions for workshops, MastHERminds, Alliance, Cocktails and Connections, and other initiatives.
• Ensure communications are posted according to schedule and remain visible within the community feed.
• Monitor engagement and flag opportunities or gaps that may improve participation.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Director to strengthen clarity and participation prompts when appropriate.
Weekly HERspiration and Community Cadence
• Maintain the rhythm and consistency of weekly HERspiration posts.
• Coordinate publication and monitor engagement patterns.
• Offer ideas that may increase interaction and meaningful conversation.
Member Recognition and Spotlights
• Coordinate and publish testimonials and member celebration posts.
• Help elevate member voices and highlight wins within the community.
• Gather approved language from members when needed.
• Draft light recognition or engagement content when appropriate.
New Member Welcome and Visibility
• Coordinate welcome posts for new members entering the HERverse community.
• Encourage introductions and help new members feel connected inside the Hive.
• Help ensure new members feel acknowledged and supported as they begin their HERverse experience.
Community Communication Flow
• Post reminders and follow ups for important initiatives and events.
• Help ensure key updates remain visible and easy to find.
• Support clarity, tone, and organization within the Hive communication feed.
Qualifications and Skills
• Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity and tone.
• Highly organized with strong follow through.
• Comfortable working within defined accountability and structure.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to contribute ideas that support community engagement.
• Appreciation for community building and the impact of behind the scenes leadership.
